View, Edit and Approve Results
This section explains on how to View ,Edit and Approve the Patient’s Results.
Login to the App and authenticate using Finger Print.
Click on the task- Pending Approval/Delayed Results/ Critical Results/ STAT Approval /Co-Authorization from where results to be viewed or edited.
Based on the selection, respective tab will be navigated.
List of Patients with respect to Visit Number will be displayed.
Click on the “Arrow” mark against the Patient Visit.
It will direct to Results page.
Click on the “Down Arrow” against the INV/Group to check the result value/ list of Sub groups.
The results for respective INV/ Group/ Package will be listed and can be viewed.
Once the results are listed, “Eye icon” will be enabled denoting results are viewed.
The results will be differentiated with various colors based on the Values.
Grey - Normal range, Pink- Lower Abnormal range, Yellow- Higher abnormal range, Red- Critical range.
Click on the “Info Icon” to view the Reference Range, Device Value, QC Value for the respective tests.
Click on the “Comment Icon” to view the Medical Comment and Technical Comment received.
Medical Comment and Technical Comment fields will pop up, click on “Down arrow” against the fields to View the comments received.
To Add any Comments from App, click on the Comment Icon, Medical Comment and Technical Comment fields will pop up, type the comments and click on “Add Comment”.
To delete the comments entered in App, Click on “Discard” button.
Note : Only after Approving the Test, added comments will reflect in the report.
Click on the “Edit” icon if the test result values are to be edited.
“Edit Test Value” pop up opens, edit the value as required and Click on “Update”.
If the Test Value edited is incorrect, Click on “Discard” to remove the edited value.
Note : Only after Approving the Test, edited results will reflect in the report.
Once results are Viewed and Edited and are good to approve, long press the Test and a check box appears.
Select the checkbox against the test to be approved and Click on “Approve” Button if only Partial results are going to be approved from the Visit.
Note : If Partially approved, Patient will still appear in the queue and later the same Patient can be selected and other tests can be approved.
Click “Approve All” after selcting all the Test/ group, if all the tests in that Visit are going to be approved.
Note : If a Particular Patient results has to be viewed and approved, search the Patient in Dashboard search or in Tab search and the Patient will be listed and then continue the above process.
