Reschedule Booked Slot

Reschedule Booked Slot 


This section explains on how to reschedule the booked slot.  

Sample Collection Person and Booking time can be Reassigned/ Rescheduled respectively. 

  1. Login to the LIS Application using valid Username and Password. 

  1. Under Common Tasks, click on “Home Collection- Task Scheduling”. 

 

  1. Search the Patients from the search filters available. 

  1. Select the Patient, for whom the slot has to be rescheduled. 

  1. Click on Collection Date & Time. 

 

  1. Booked slot for this Patient will be highlighted in Green. 

  1. Change the slot based on Patient preference or Sample Collection Person availability. 

 

  1. Sample Collection Person can be changed from the search list and booked for a different slot as well. 

 

  1. Click on “Update Booking”, once the booking slot is modified. 

  1. Booking slot will get updated as per the changes made.
