Login to the LIS Application using valid Username and Password. 

Under Common Tasks, click on “Sample Collection Person- HC Booking Slot Selection”. 

Pincode, Sample Collection Person and Date search is available. 

 Select the Pincode from the search list, which is mandatory. 

 Sample Collection Person can be selected or left blank. 

 Date will be defaulted to current date, future dates can also be selected. 

 Click on “Check” to view the slots of Sample Collection Person as per the search details. 

Click on the time slot in which Sample Collection Person is available as well it matches the Patient’s preference. 

Booked slots will be highlighted in Green and open ones will be in Grey. 

The available slots clicked for booking will be highlighted in Pink. 

Click on “Create Booking”. 

System will navigate to Home Collection Booking Screen. 

Select the Patient title from the drop-down. Gender will autoload based on title selection. 

Enter the Patient’s name in the ‘Name’ field.  

If the Patient’s date of birth is known, select the date in ‘DOB’ field. If the Patient’s age is known, enter in the ‘Age’ field. Either of these fields is mandatory. If the date of birth is entered, the age will be calculated automatically.  

Patient’s Pincode, Location, City and State will autoload based on Pincode selected while booking slot. 

Choose the Processing Centre and Collection Centre from the drop down, if the lab is associated with multiple centres. By default it will pick login location. 

Type the Collection Address of the Patient. 

Technician and Collection Date and Time will autoload based on slot selected. 

Enter the valid Mobile number of the Patient in “Mobile” field. 

 Search the Ref Dr from the search list. 

Choose the URN Type and give the URN No of the Patient. 

Enter the Email ID of the Patient. 

If it is B2B Patient, search the Client name from the search list. 

Dispatch mode will automatically be selected when mobile number and Email ID is given. 

Enter Comments if required. 

 Search the test for which Patient is requesting for Home collection in Test Name search. 

When three or more characters are entered in this field, the list of matching investigation names will be displayed and you can choose from the list. You can also search the investigations by codes.  

Once the test is selected, click on Add to add the test to the visit. 

Click on “Save” to save the Patient details and to generate a Booking ID for the Patient.
